67 year old woman, 5’4”, 157 lbs, upper and lower eyelid surgery, Orange County, CA

This patient wanted her eyes done at the age of 67 because she felt like her “face is melting.” Before this surgery she had never done Botox. For this procedure she had a quad blepharoplasty or upper and lower eye surgery as well as a fat transfer to her cheeks and alar triangles to improve her volume in this area. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery. This patient was very happy with her results because her eyes now looked refreshed and no one noticed her scars.
