Balanced Beauty Therapy is our signature program for balancing inner/outer beauty with health that includes Exercise. When most people hear the dreaded “exercise” word they immediately begin to make excuses for why they don’t do it. Less than 20% of the population exercises on a regular basis, despite the presence of a gym on every corner, fitness DVDs and the plethora of home equipment available. If you ask most people they will tell you they simply don’t have time to exercise. Balanced Beauty Exercise focuses more on living an active life than hitting the gym every day. Our certified Health Coach can assess which exercise program is best for meeting your body’s bio-individual needs.

About the Procedure

Exercise is like nutrition in that you have to find the program that works best for you. Some people love to run. Other people love weight training or Pilates. Most people don’t know what they love to do because they have been taught to believe they hate exercise in all its forms. Very often working through the emotional and mental blocks about exercise is the first step in  learning to be active.

At Anton MD Aesthetics our Balanced Beauty Therapist can offer a variety of programs including our Cellular 2.5 minute workout, designed for people with busy, stressful lifestyles. A DVD is currently in production and will be made available for sale in our offices.
