37 year old woman, 5’6″, 115 lbs, mother, modified tummy tuck, breast implant revision, Orange County, Ca
This patient had a breast augmentation before having children but after having children her implants had ruptured and her abdominal muscles had significantly separated (diastasis recti.) She had a bilateral breast implant revision, her original McGhan textured 390 cc implants were removed and replaced with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel 550 cc implants. These implants were placed under the muscle and her inframammary folds were raised 2 cm. She also had a modified abdominoplasty with an umbilical hernia repair and plication of her diastasis recti. Because she did not have a lot of excess skin she was able to have a lower and shorter incision than the traditional abdominoplasty incision. These photos were taken a year after her surgery.
