32 year old woman, 5’10”, 140 lbs, breastfed 2 children, breast augmentation, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her two children. She started with a 34 A cup and wanted to be a full 34 B cup or small 34 C cup. She was very athletic and wanted “sporty breasts.” She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 275 cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken two months after her surgery.
