This patient wanted a breast augmentation at the age of 35 because her breasts had significantly deflated after breastfeeding her children. She started as a 32 A cup and wanted to become a C cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 300 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
