40 year old woman, 5’1″, 110 lbs, 32 A cup to 34 B cup, breastfed children, breast augmentation, crescent lift, nipple reduction, Orange County, Ca

This patient was unhappy with how her breasts looked after breastfeeding her children. She started as a 32 A cup and wanted to be a full B cup, she also desired smaller and more symmetric nipples. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 325 cc moderate plus profile, smooth, round, silicone gel implants. The implants were placed under the muscle through areolar incisions, she also had a nipple reduction on both breasts and a left crescent mastopexy to make her nipple areolar complexes more symmetric. These photos were taken 2 months after her surgery.
