This patient came to Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach for a breast augmentation. She started as 32 A cup and wanted to be a small D cup; she wanted her breasts to have a natural slope with nice cleavage. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth walled Mentor silicone gel filled moderate profile plus 325 cc implants. The implant were placed under the muscle with incisions under her breast folds, he also did a breast lift or c pexy on her right breast to move her nipple up minimally to improve her symmetry. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
