28 year old woman, 5’4”, 135 lbs, no children, breast augmentation, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted a breast augmentation; she does not have any kids yet but plans to have them in the future. She started as a 34 B cup and wanted to become a 34 C cup. She stated that she “cares more about shape and proportion than size.” She desired to look fuller on top as opposed to concave; she wanted to have a natural breast slope but did not want to them to hang too low. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 475 cc implants placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. She also had liposuction.
