This patient felt that her breasts were too small, low, and asymmetric. Instead of doing a full mastopexy breast lift she decided to do a crescent lift, she understood that this would only raise her nipples a couple of centimeters but the scars would be minimal. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (300 cc on the right, 275 cc on the left) with bilateral crescent lifts. These photos were taken 2 years after her surgery.
