25 year old woman, 5’11”, 168 lbs., 34 B cup to D cup, asymmetry, breast augmentation, breast lift, Orange County, Ca

This patient wanted to have larger and more symmetric breasts; she started as a 34 B cup and wanted to be a D cup. She had a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor moderate profile plus smooth round silicone gel implants (325 cc on the right, 300 cc on the left) placed under the muscle with liposuction to her anterior axillary folds. She also had a V mastopexy breast lift on her left breast so that it would be at the same level as her right breast.
