This patient was unhappy with her breasts after having children; her breasts had deflated and her nipples had stretched out. She started as a 34 A cup and wanted to be a mid C cup with improved cleavage. Her nipples were a little low so Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that a crescent lift would give her breasts a prettier shape after surgery. Dr. Anton did a bilateral breast augmentation with moderate profile plus Mentor smooth round silicone gel 400 cc implants placed under the muscle. He also did a bilateral crescent mastopexy breast lift or c pexy to raise her nipples minimally and a bilateral nipple reduction. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
