This patient wanted perkier and fuller breasts after breastfeeding her children; she wore a “long” 34 D cup and wanted to be a perky 34 DD cup. Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach determined that she would need a breast lift with implants in order to accomplish her desired outcome. Dr. Anton did a breast augmentation with Mentor high profile 700 cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle with a full mastopexy lift. These photos were taken 4 months after her surgery.
