64 year old woman, 5’8”, 130 lbs, Baker Grade IV capsular contracture, breast implant revision, breast lift, Orange County, CA

This patient wanted a breast implant revision because she had very hard and painful breasts. She had bilateral Baker Grade IV capsular contracture, both implants had significantly calcified capsules and her right implant had ruptured. Her original breast augmentation was 38 years prior, she had smooth gel 260 cc silicone implants on top of the muscle. For this procedure she had a bilateral removal of her implants and replacement of Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel 275 cc implants placed under the muscle with a full mastopexy breast lift. These photos were taken two and half years after her surgery.
