53 year old woman, 5’7”, 120 lbs., breast implant revision, capsular contracture, Orange County, Ca

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because her breasts had become hard and sore and she wanted her breasts to be smaller. Dr. Anton determined that she had capsular contracture on both breasts and would need surgery to correct the problem. Dr. Anton removed her original McGhan gel implants (340 cc on the right, 320 cc on the left,) revised her scar capsules, and placed Mentor moderate profile plus smooth silicone gel 250 cc implants under the muscle. The surgery was done through IMF incisions under her breast folds. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
