55 year old woman, 5’0”, 135 lbs., capsular contracture, breast implant revision, Orange County, Ca

This patient came to see Dr. Mark Anton in Newport Beach because she was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. Dr. Anton determined that she had capsular contracture Grade IV on both of her breasts and that her nipple areolar complex needed to be moved up. Dr. Anton removed her original implants (he found that her left implant was ruptured,) revised her scar capsules, and lowered her breast poles. He placed new Mentor moderate profile plus 450 smooth silicone gel implants and raised her nipple areolar complex up with a bilateral crescent breast lift. These photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
