This patient wanted smaller breasts because her large breasts were giving her back pain. Her breasts felt like they were dragging on her shoulders and impinging on her nerves, she had documented medical necessity for this procedure from another doctor. She started with a 36 FF cup on her left breast and a 36 E cup on her right breast. For this procedure she had a bilateral breast mastopexy lift and reduction with 10 grams removed from her right breast and 76 grams removed from her left breast. These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
