This patient had always been unhappy with the way she looked from the side; she felt that it made her look a lot heavier and older. She underwent a chin enhancement procedure with neck liposuction.  This surgery dramatically improved her profile; the patient felt that her neck finally matched her age. These photos were taken 5 months after her procedure.
