45 year old woman, 5’6”, 130 lbs, liposuction, Orange County, Ca

This patient was frustrated with the thickness of her thighs and shape of her lower body. She had liposuction to her flanks, circumferential thighs, knees, and calves and a fat transfer to her buttocks. A total of three pounds were removed from her lower body; she was thrilled with not only the smaller circumference of her thighs but also the improved shape. Although liposuction is not a solution for cellulite, this patient also saw an improvement in her cellulite with this procedure. These photos were taken 1 month after her surgery.
