18 year old woman, 5’2”, 110 lbs., rhinoplasty, Orange County, Ca

This patient did not like the look of her nose; she wanted the tip of her nose lifted and to get rid of the bump on the bridge. She had a closed rhinoplasty with turbinate outfx, refinement and raising of the nasal tip, and mild reduction of the dorsum with osteotomies. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
